Carefully pack the unused items in their original Maison Berger packaging, ensuring all fragrance bottles are securely sealed to prevent leakage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
