How do I properly use my Lampe Berger?
Fill your lamp 2/3 full with your chosen fragrance, insert the burner, and let the wick soak for 20 minutes. Light the burner for 2 minutes, then blow out the flame and place the protective top over it to begin the purification process.
What is the estimated delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Can I use third-party oils in my Maison Berger products?
To ensure the longevity of your burner and the quality of the air purification, we strongly recommend using only official Maison Berger Paris fragrances. Using other liquids may damage the catalytic burner.
What is your return policy for home fragrances?
We accept returns on unused and unopened products within 30 days of purchase. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on fragrance bottles that have been opened or had the seal broken.
Are your fragrances safe for pets and children?
Yes, our fragrances are designed to meet strict international quality standards. When used as directed, they are safe for the home environment. However, we recommend keeping the concentrated liquids out of reach of children and pets.
How often should I replace the catalytic burner?
For optimal performance and fragrance diffusion, we recommend replacing your Air Pur System 3C catalytic burner every 200 lightings or once a year.
